Personal Training

Personal training is an investment in you, one that is guaranteed to improve both your physical and mental well-being. Incorporating healthy eating and regular exercise into your lifestyle will pay dividends not only now but for years to come. You'll be mastering two key processes; how to lose excess body fat for healthy weight loss and how to build lean muscle for a more aesthetic body shape. James offers one of the most progressive and professional training experiences you can find - when you commit to putting his methods into practice you'll see and feel the difference for yourself.

Group Training

Join the ultimate group training experience at Fitness Vault to get the most out of your workouts. You're more likely to exercise regularly when you train in a group meaning you're more likely to get the results you're looking for. Not only are your sessions planned for you but you'll also benefit from James's expert guidance throughout to ensure you're performing each exercise safely and effectively. James delivers two styles of group sessions; Burst, focusing mostly on high intensity cardio intervals and Build, primarily involving resistance exercises. Both designed to improve body composition via the reduction of body fat and increase in muscle mass.

If you're serious about losing weight healthily you need to stop dieting and start learning. Nothing is more powerful than education when it comes to making healthy food choices, that's why James has created a comprehensive nutrition guide to help you. You'll learn how to control your portion sizes, how to create your meals using nutritious ingredients that are filling, and how to monitor your calorie intake on a daily basis. When you put knowledge into practice it's up to you what you decide to eat, and you'll never need to follow another diet or meal plan again. You can get James's nutrition guide for £20 but it's available to people using the facility for £5.
