Fitness Vault is a private fitness studio offering both personal and group training of the highest standard. It's run by Sport and Exercise Science graduate, James Shenton, who's committed to providing an unrivalled training experience and helping people unlock their potential through effective exercise and educated food choices. 

Personal Training


Personal training is an opportunity to re-focus on you and make positive steps towards improving your physical and mental well-being. Training at Fitness Vault is entirely flexible, and due to our group PT approach can also be affordable long term. We coach and guide  you through our training plans, ensuring you're getting the most out of your workouts and getting closer to achieving your fitness goals. 1-2-1 sessions are available if you need more attention - ideal for beginners or those of you looking to learn more advanced training techniques. Sessions are available throughout the day between 6:15am and 8:30pm on weekdays, and at weekends also.

Group Training


Join the ultimate group training experience at Fitness Vault to get the most out of your workouts. You're more likely to exercise regularly when you train in a group meaning you're more likely to get the results you're looking for. Not only are your sessions planned for you but you'll also benefit from James's expert guidance throughout. James delivers two styles of group sessions; Burst, an advanced high intensity full body workout for those who like to be pushed to their limit, and Circuits, a low impact workout combining short cardio intervals and resistance exercises - ideal for beginner to intermediate fitness levels.


If you're serious about losing weight healthily you need to stop dieting and start learning. Nothing is more powerful than education when it comes to making healthy food choices, that's why James has created comprehensive nutrition guides to help you. You'll learn how to control your portion sizes, how to create filling meals using nutritious ingredients, and how to monitor your calorie intake on a daily basis. When you put knowledge into practice it's up to you what you decide to eat, and you'll never need to follow another diet again.
