Fitness Vault is the home of Burst, a fast-paced, high intensity, full-body workout - combining treadmill running, resistance exercises, bouts of mixed cardio, plyometric work, and core strengthening.
No matter how fit you are, Burst will take you out of your comfort zone and push you to your limits. We're not saying you have to actually be an athlete to get through it, but it's certainly not one for the faint-hearted.
Each session differs from the next and lasts approximately 50 minutes, followed by a much needed cool-down. We recommend regularly attending Burst sessions 2-3 times per week if you want to see significant improvements in your fitness and body shape. Although, even a single Burst each week will help develop your speed, strength, and stamina.
If you want to take part in the ultimate HIIT training experience don't hesitate to get in touch to book your induction. Sessions take place weekday mornings and evenings with sessions also available on weekends.
If you're new to exercise or returning after a long absence but are keen to try Burst, it's recommended that you develop your cardiovascular fitness enough to run 5km within 30 minutes (couch to 5km will help you achieve this).
