Group Training

Fitness Vault group sessions are a step up from your average gym class. You'll be working with a degree qualified trainer that's enthusiastic about all types of training so you'll get expert guidance and plenty of encouragement throughout to ensure you're getting the most from your workouts   #nowheretohide 

 

Sessions are approximately 45 minutes long with parking, toilets and a changing area available on site. These sessions are full body workouts including cardio sprints, resistance exercises, and high intensity body weight exercises. This type of training is highly effective for bettering overall body composition (loss of body fat and increase in muscle mass), increasing cardiovascular fitness, and improving muscle strength and stamina.

Bursts of maximum effort that are guaranteed to raise your metabolism, boost your mood, and energise your mind and body. You'll develop speed, stamina, and strength all in one and reap the countless benefits of vigorous exercise.

There's a maximum capacity of 9 in a group, so everyone attending gets to experience a high quality training session that's carefully planned by an expert trainer. You’ll be pushed out of your comfort zone and working hard to tone all muscle groups whilst burning as many calories as possible. 

 

No matter where you're starting from, your fitness will come on leaps and bounds (literally) especially if you're training 2-3 times each week. James's workouts are highly engaging and different every time, he also provides valuable feedback and guidance during the session to help you improve your exercise form - making sure you’re training safely and effectively.

Booking

At Fitness Vault you don't need to be a member or sign a contract which means your training options remain open to suit you. You can train as much or as little as you like from one week to the next, and you'll only ever pay for the sessions you're attending (unlike most facilities where you're tied in and pay even when you can't go).

To trial a group session for free you'll need to book beforehand by contacting James directly via the contact page. After that you'll be given access to a booking app on your smartphone which shows all the group times available to book onto each day. To book a group session you'll need credits which can be purchased below. Your credits never expire and you can see how many you have left on your account on the app - when you're running low simply top up to keep going. You can even gift sessions to friends or family to train with you on an ad hoc basis.
